The short version: this site is information about my services. Paid work is governed by a written engagement agreement that we both sign, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of yourcampaignmomentum.net (the “site”) and to the advisory, architecture and engineering services (the “services”) provided by Kim Go (“I”, “me”), an independent technology consultant based in Round Rock, Texas. By using the site or engaging the services, you agree to these terms.
Engagements and the engagement agreement
Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement, statement of work or similar document agreed between us. That agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, cancellation, confidentiality, ownership of work product and any other commercial terms for the engagement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services on particular terms until we have agreed them in writing.
Fees, invoices and payment
Fees are as stated in the engagement agreement and are invoiced as it describes. If you pay an invoice online, the payment is processed by a third-party payment processor and is also subject to that processor’s terms. Questions about an invoice, a charge or a refund can be sent to kimgo.mine@gmail.com; refunds and credits are handled as set out in the engagement agreement.
Information on the site
The site describes my experience and the kinds of work I do. It is general information, not professional advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Advice is given only within an engagement, based on the facts of your situation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the site or the systems that host it;
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without my written permission;
- use the site, or my contact details from it, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; or
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights.

Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics of the site are owned by me and protected by copyright. You may view the site, link to it and share it, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content without my permission. Product, platform and certification names mentioned on the site (for example, cloud platforms and professional certifications) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe skills and qualifications; their use does not imply endorsement. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn. I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I make no warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Warranties for the services, if any, are only those stated in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. My liability in connection with the services is as set out in the engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How I handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the engagement agreement provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes do not alter the terms of an engagement agreement already signed.
